About the Conference
Approximately 300 consultants attend the Mid-Winter Conference, who work across all types of industries in both internal and external settings. Most participants have advanced training in psychology. The purpose of the Conference is to create a rich learning experience for all practitioners.
Conference Theme
This year’s theme is “Excellence in Leadership: Overcoming Adversity and Creating Value in the New Global Economy”. We will focus on how consultants can help leaders and businesses create real value, in the midst of the global economic collapse. Keynotes and presenters will provide compelling, practical thought leadership.
